The annual inert gas leakage of less than 0.1% allows the inert gas content to be preserved at over 90%, thereby maximizing thermal performance. Our technology eliminates the overflow of butyl sealant, not only preserving integrity and performance of the glass, but also improving its aesthetic appeal. The chemical crosslinking addresses the pump-out effect in insulating glass, leading to a more uniform and flat glass surface. The metal-free 4SG warm edge spacers have very low thermal conductivity, ensuring minimal heat loss along the thermal bridge at the glass edge. The inert gas helps extend the life cycle of the Low-E to achieve better insulation.
