One Steuart Lane located in the San Francisco Bay Area, is in the center of the city's artistic and cultural scenes. The building was inspired by the waterfront, designed by SOM, a famous architectural design company, and Tianjin NorthGlass supplied all the curtain wall glass for it.

Mullion, floor-to-ceiling windows, large terraces and balconies, each of One Steuart Lane is cleverly designed to maximize views of the bay through ultra-wide, ultra-transparent curtain wall glass. The San Francisco Bay Area is never static, whether it's wind, sunset or sparkling sea, the magnificent scenery of the “pure flat and no spot” glass of NorthGlass reflects the stunning bay style.

Tianjin NorthGlass's double-silver Low-E ultra-small reflection and ultra-transparent curtain wall glass make full use of the abundant sunshine and cool environmental climate of San Francisco to reduce energy consumption. Each home and shared comfort space is filled with natural light that exudes subtle California brilliance.

The refreshing “stacked garden” design aims to balance the profound modern feel with the timeless San Francisco view. The building gained an existence beyond time, based on creating lasting value.

In addition to the high-end glass, stones of the facade of One Steuart Lane were from northern and central Italian quarry used for thousands of years, they were the same stone used to build the early Roman empire. Stones and custom cabinets, all the high-end materials, made a landmark of high-end apartment.

It is the last residential development in the San Francisco Bay Area, an ultra-modern 20-story architectural glass ultra-luxury residence, which has also received the LEED Gold Medal certification. Another modernist style work that NorthGlass participated in is integrated with nature, and it is unclear where the scene is and where the painting is.
